Dr. Surber and his team are absolutely amazing. I had a small surgery/procedure done today prep my mouth and rid it of some lingering infections and inflammation before I get my All on X implants done ima month. They did absolutely everything to make sure I was as comfortable as possible from asking me if I wanted a blanket to asking me consistently over and over if I was doing ok during the work since I was awake for it to the best after care kit with extra gauze, chapstick, after care instructions and the most fantastic reusable ice pack. I was nervous about this being done and I was even more nervous for my big surgery in a month but after today’s in prep of surgery/procedure I am feeling so much better about my big surgery! I know without a doubt I am in the absolute best had a not just in the Northwest Indiana area but the entire Chicagoland area.
The surgery ( removal of an implant i got 40+ years ago) I had done went seemlessly between Aspire and my dentist Modern Dentistry. Very professional, warm and cosy operation. Very personable staff and did not feel like just another client. Things went so smoothly i think i dozed off in the chair. Even got a checkup call to see how i was doing that evening. Of course everything was fine. I would recommend Dr Stevenson in a heartbeat.
I had to have 2 teeth pulled and 2 implants put in. Dr. Surber and his 2 assistants did a superb job of providing a painless, almost relaxing, procedure. Afterward I was almost shocked at the virtually pain free recovery, starting the day of surgery after I got home until now (6 days later). The stitches finished falling out today so now I’ll need to wait as the implant surgery finishes healing up. What a total relief to have literally years of patched up bad teeth removed and getting all new teeth placed. Absolutely one of the top, best all around dental care I’ve had.
I had never gotten a tooth pulled before and signed up for all four wisdoms to be removed at once. I chose to just get local anesthetic because going to the dentist for any procedure never bothered me. I will say that after talking to people, I started getting nervous, and second guessed my decision of just local anesthetic. However, I still went through with it and Dr. Surber was amazing. He talked to me throughout the whole thing and I felt no pain whatsoever. Even the two techs he had were pleasant and made the procedure go by smoothly. Definitely recommend!
Implant went pretty smooth, but trying to find a dentist to do the permanent crown proved quite difficult. Been having problems ever since.. dentist I found didn't place the crown right, having pain and inflammation. It would be nice if they place the implant and do the crown. Next time I have a implant ill find a place that does it all in 1. Live and learn
