I recently had a consultation appointment and was informed by the staff that there would be a short delay. The staff were friendly and communicated clearly throughout the process. However, I was surprised by the $200 charge for the consultation, as other locations quoted $150 for out-of-network visits, and with my insurance, I would have expected to pay only $50. I am unsure why the consultation fee was higher here, especially since other locations offer more competitive rates. In addition we waited over an hour to see the doctor, not acceptable when you have a full foyer of people waiting. Hire another surgeon or stop accepting new patients.
Very detailed overview and explanations. Dr was great and considerate. Two of my children have had their wisdom teeth removed here. Recommend!
Aspire is a beautiful space and the people were so kind and knowledgeable. Brought my son in for a consultation to get his wisdom teeth removed and our chat with Dr. Shamo was so helpful. We made our surgery appointment on the way out because we instantly felt very at ease with him and the whole staff.
Dr. Shamo did a bone graft and prepared my mouth for a tooth important. The whole procedure went smoothly with no pain. He seems to be a very skilled oral surgeon. Both he and his staff were friendly and professional. I would definitely have him care for me in the future if needed.
Aspire was amazing! They took great care of me and answered all of my questions!! the process was sweet and simple! i’ll definitely be back with any concerns i have in the future!
