Dr. Gena and her team were absolutely incredible with my 5-year-old. From the moment we walked in, they made him feel so safe and comfortable. They took their time, explained everything in a way he understood, and were so patient with his curiosity and little questions. I was honestly amazed at how smoothly the whole visit went, he loved the experience and wasn’t scared at all. He sat calmly (almost) and let both doctors do everything that needed to be done, which is not always easy with little kids! Their kindness, professionalism, and ability to connect with children is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gentle and trustworthy dentist for themselves or their child!
I found this office not too long ago, and from my very first visit I felt truly welcomed. I started my dental treatment there, had to get one tooth extracted and take care of a few others, and I can honestly say the experience was much better than I expected. The office is extremely clean and well organized, and you can tell they really care about hygiene, which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Gena is wonderful, very patient, explains everything clearly and calmly, and is incredibly professional. She truly makes you feel at ease. I’m so happy I found this place and I highly recommend it ❤️
Moved from Virginia and needed to find a new dentist. Dr Gena and her staff are wonderful. I got booked for a cleaning and revision of a filling within weeks of needing an appointment. In Virginia, getting seen in that kind of time is unheard of. The hygienist are informative during exams. Dr. Gena is so personable and has some of the best bed side manner. Dr Gena is very informative of your treatment plan and how to execute all while not feeling being pushed into needing extra unnecessary procedures. So happy with everything.
