The receptionist was rude both times I tried calling to schedule an appointment. On first call she seemed irritated form the moment she answered the phone and when I asked how to schedule my son an appointment for extraction she snapped back that that its prob not something they can do and what teeth it is he needs removed. I told her, and she snapped again that I needed to send the paperwork by email and rattled off the email address so quickly I could barely write it down. I asked if someone would call when they received to proceed with scheduling. She said yes. Now, six days later and no call from them so I called back and said, I emailed the paperwork as requested but hadn't heard back and wanted to follow up to get him scheduled and she snapped again, "what do you mean?" And then as I explained she hung up the phone. Terrible. Luckily I was able to call the Hagerstown location to schedule and had a perfect experience- no need to email anything or wait for callbacks, just scheduled my son like what should have happened when I called the frederick office last week.

I arrived early and they went right to work, making it super fast, comfortable experience. They removed 4 impacted wisdom teeth and I haven’t had any issues with pain or healing. Dr. Haddad and crew were great.

Took 2 of my kids here and recommended them to a friend but the office staff has changed and are hard to work with now. I called to see if I could make a consultation appointment and a surgery appointment for when my college son is home for only a month. I was told no. I then told them I had done this before for my daughter. So then I was told she would check with the office manager and give me a call back. Still waiting for a call back. Actually I am not anymore. I called another surgeon who would let me make a consultation appointment and surgery appointment at the same time. Much friendlier office staff.

Today I had my wisdom teeth extracted....I have never experienced and extraction, other than being on the opposite side and assisting with a procedure. I was super nervous, but the staff was kind and I knew I was in good hands. They even offered me a blanket! Dr. Nelson is awesome! He is very kind, and is very thorough when explaining things. Even tho I chose to be sedated, he made sure I was nice and numb!!! Here it is, almost 10 hrs later and I am just now regaining feeling in my lower lip and chin. As for the extraction sites themselves, they are beautiful (I know that’s weird to say) !!! I hardly have any extreme pain (though tomorrow could be different) my gum tissue isn’t inflamed and there is hardly any swelling! For a first time extraction it’s a 10/10 for me! I would refer this office to anyone and I they will be my first choice if I ever need anything like this again. Thank you, to everyone at the office!

First time being here, was referred by my doctor for a very infected tooth in extreme pain. I most say that everyone was patient and kind to me even tho I had very bad anxiety and I was scared. Just 24 hours in and the tooth that was pulled feels so amazing no extreme pain. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
