i was just there this friday, i had dr. C she was very nice but, at first i asked if my mom could stay with me because i was very nervous they said she had to stay in the waiting room. during the procedure she shoved the needle into my gums was not gentle at all. she then told me too raise my hand if i’m uncomfortable or if it hurts, which i did and she didn’t stop. as she was working on my stitches she cut my tongue also. my jaw also popped during this procedure and i have to now wait to see if they dislocated my jaw. i’m also a minor and i don’t recommend bringing ur children here my mother swore to never come back.
I was referred to AOMS by my dentist for my wisdom teeth removal and they were great. Kind and friendly staff answered any questions I had and took great care of me during surgery. Definitely recommend.
Don't waste your time or energy going here at all. The doctor was extremely rude and rushed spent less than 2minutes and made horrible rude comments and assumptions about me did nothing to help me at all was sent home upset and unhelped. Had to wait at front desk for almost 5minutes before anyone even helped me when I got there. Doctor was rude woman who spent less than 2minutes with me and never once even put her finger in mouth or got near me to look at issue I was there for. She was short and rude and after nto introducing herself or anything. Then she said the rudest assumption comment I've ever heard in my life and i said no that's not the case she guessed again assuming and I said no she backed out of the room and proceeded to tall rudely about me to the other women in the next room about me which i also heard. i never saw her again . She was A huge waste of time and didn't even address my issue she sent in her nurse to tell me everything else and tell me what my xray showed and thats it i was told thats it i ca. Go. Livid with the lack of empathy care and treatment i recieved do not go here at all costs. What u read about 1 star comments here is 100% true I was hesitant untill i went and after my experience I wish I had believed what i read as far as reviews because this woman is hands down the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life. i am appalled at the joke of a apmnt i had. No better off than i was before going .
Note that I am leaving a one star solely because of the financial aspect and not the procedure itself. Be weary when going here as they will add on expenses for things such as Anesthesia that was never administered. Ensure you get an itemized receipt as well as time stamping everything from start to finish. They tried to tack on charges I should not have had. Thankfully I am a very hyper aware person and am always keeping track of things otherwise this would not have been caught and I would have been out 300+ dollars. They seem to be money gougers and will add on expenses in hopes you won’t notice or you will just trust them since they are the professionals. It also helped that my cousin is an oral surgeon out of NJ and knows her stuff. So again, just be cautious financially. On the upside… I put off having my wisdoms taken out for about 15 years due to crippling fear. I was finally at the point where I knew they needed to come out and although I was still very scared, Dr. Chaundhary made me feel at ease from our initial consult to the actual procedure itself. I had all four taken out at once this past Thursday with no complications at all. She is an excellent surgeon as well as a genuine and kind person. She empathized with me and helped me push through my fears. I would recommend her to anyone going through any sort of oral surgery! Thank you again for everything!
I am giving this place a 1 because I have never had a tooth extracted with so much pain. I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Chaudhary and it was extremely painful. I was given an injection before she began to numb the gum but it hadn’t totally taken effect when she began the procedure. Not only that but she asked me to raise my hand if it was uncomfortable which I did and she didn’t stop. I was almost coming out of the chair before she stopped and gave me another injection. It felt like she was ripping my gum apart. I will never go back or recommend this facility to anyone whether here in Martinsburg WV or in Maryland . It was unconscionable what this dentist put me thru to extract one tooth.
