If you need your wisdom teeth pulled, like i did, go see Dr. Nelson. I’ve never had any dental work done, at my big age, so i was super anxious. Dr Nelson and his assistant (i wish i had gotten her name) did an excellent job. They made me comfortable, told me everything i asked about (because i had some questions lol) and removed my teeth with no issues. I barely was in pain afterwards and my recovery has been a breeze so far. 🙂
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We had such an incredible experience here and I can’t say enough good things about the Dr. Nelson and his staff. When my son cracked his tooth on the playground at school, we showed up unannounced and understandably very upset. They took us in right away without hesitation. My son was in a lot of pain with the root exposed, and they went above and beyond by opening early the very next morning to surgically remove the rest of his tooth so he wouldn’t have to suffer any longer. As a parent, I was a nervous wreck, but they were so calm, compassionate, and reassuring. They not only took amazing care of my son, but they also took the time to ease my anxiety and make sure I felt comfortable with everything happening. We are so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for truly exceptional care.
Dr. Nelson and Tammy are an amazing team! I was VERY anxious. Dr. Nelson and Tammy were kind, energetic and positive- getting to know me as a person first, before educating me on the process. I chose to be awake during the extraction. The doctor was skilled and efficient. I felt no pain, just a touch of pressure which Dr. Nelson talked me through. 24 hours later - minus one molar - my upper teeth feel better than they have in years. Thank you so much.
The staff and Dr. Howard are excellent. Both were very nice and made jokes to keep my mind off of getting all four of my wisdom teeth out. The procedure was fast and efficient. I haven't had much pain at all. I would highly recommend.
Two of my sons had wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nelson. He was patient, positive, and effective. We were treated well. He is a confident and efficient doctor. I am very pleased with the service we received. As a minority, I often worry about the quality of medical treatment for my mixed family. I look closely for signs of racial bias when I do business. We felt respected, considered, and well-cared for at this practice. I appreciate that fully.
