The ladies at the front desk were cheerful as always. The anesthesiologist was funny and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Gibson, I was unable to observe her performance, however, she was extremely professional and comforting. The rest of the team were all very happy to help and just generally cheerful. This made the whole situation feel easy. My recovery nurse, Whitney, was also awesome, funny and explained everything , making sure I was understanding everything as I was still a little woosie. I felt very confident in the abilities of this "A Team" of professionals.
Staff was very polite and professional. It seemed to me they took every step to make the experience of getting a tooth pulled as painless as possible and I appreciated that. DR. Otte was extremely proficient and confident in the process all the while taking time to make sure I was doing OK. His Assistants were great as well. Staying focused on the task and whatever the DR needed simultaneously making sure I was comfortable and getting through it alright. Thank you all!
My son recently had his 4 wisdom teeth removed and AOS was amazing from the intial x-ray, phone consulation, surgery and follow up. Dr. Pledger and his team did an outstanding extraction and with the L-PRF, my son was fully recovered within 2 days! Dr. Pledger was very professional and his "bed side manner" was outstanding with putting my son at ease, talking to him like normal and answering all our questions. We will definately be back with my daughter in a year and recommend to anyone!
My 14 year old son had his wisdom tooth pulled here. He was nervous, but they were wonderful. Very comforting. The procedure was quick and we were home within 2 hours. Dr Gibson was great and the nurse Blake made everything even better Would recommend
Great experience. Was extremely nervous going in to have 2 teeth pulled. Staff was exceptionally nice. Had a female dentist. She was great. Prescribed me pain medication for afterwards but I didn't have to use any of it. No pain at all. In and out in less than 45 minutes.
