This is just an amazing practice. I had some areas on my gums that cause me concern. My hygienist recommended seeing an oral surgeon. I am so glad that I chose this practice. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed by Teri and Denise at the front desk. I was so terrified and they totally calmed my nerves and distracted me until the Dr. could see me. Dr. Spinazze was wonderful. He gave me a thorough exam, answered my questions and was so reassuring and kind. Going to the Oral Surgeon is so stressful-but everyone at this practice made is so much more comfortable - I highly recommend them!
I highly recommend Dr. Russ Spinazze and his team! My experience at this office was fantastic. The staff is friendly and caring and the process was smooth. The front desk is very communicative and helpful as well.
Fantastic team! My husband and I both got our wisdom teeth out within a month of each other and both experiences were fantastic. They were caring and provided great follow up instructions. They even have a 24 doctors line to call in the middle of the night incase anything goes wrong. Both the Bartlett and Elk Gove location had such nice staff.
My son stated during his visit for his wisdom teeth extraction, they were not very nice to him. They did not explain what was needed to be done very clearly so when he didn't put himself in the correct placement the woman working with him was nasty and short. Also she was not very nice during the recovery period (which I got to witness). I understand that people coming out of sedation can be annoying, but no need to be rude. When it came time to pay, I knew I would have to put 25% down as we waiting for insurance, and I did which was $900. The bill came and we re-sent to insurance as many know once you start to pay for a procedure, insurance likes to give you a hard time, so we appealed. We are almost in the 90 day period and wanted to set up a payment plan, which we were told they don't do (We have done this with just about any hospital, dental or doctor procedure - even from our dentist who referred this location. Bottom line they said they could while we finish waiting on insurance but we will get 1.5% interest on the balance every month - I have NEVER had this before. I also wish I would have done my homework, researching after the fact, the pricing at this facility is well above the averages in the area. So I would highly suggest looking else where for your service unless you don't mind high prices for the area, rude staff during service, and no flexibility when it comes time to payment. I definitely let my dentist know to re-think their referral as they were also concerned with the outcome and our experience. Also, just FYI - the reviews on their actual website, they delete anything below 5 stars, as they just deleted mine :)
While oral surgery is never fun, the staff here are amazing. Terri and Denise are some of the best office staff I’ve ever encountered. They even spent time with my infant while I had my procedure done to make sure he was calm and happy. They’re gentle and so kind. Dr. Drobny did an amazing job with my extraction despite the tooth being a total mess. She was caring and as gentle as she could possibly be. The process took less than half an hour and I was feeling MUCH better once the infected tooth was out. They followed up with me the next day to make sure I was healing ok and made sure to tell me to call with any questions or concerns. While I hope to never need future oral surgery, if I do I will 100% go back here. I highly HIGLY recommend them to anyone who needs more intensive dental care. I’m so grateful to everyone in this office.
