My hygienist was a perfect mix of professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Upon arriving and leaving, the secretary was patient and thorough. The office manager was particularly helpful and welcoming. The office had all of the newest equipment which made my visit flawless.
First & last time at this dentist. Had a cleaning with full X-rays done. The cleaning was good done by Nicolette. Came in on their new patient special being $245.00 which included cleaning & X-rays. Well, that suddenly went to $317.00. The dentist I felt was desperately looking for anything he could to make money . Said I had 2 old gold crowns that need replacement at a cost of $1852.00 (× 2 ) total of $3704.00 . Claimed he seen 2 small spots of decay under the crowns. One tooth had already had a root canal done, which renders it a "dead tooth". The other was DEFINITELY questionable. The hygienist said we need two more X-rays of said crowns, (even after a full panoramic &full mouth set of X-rays) which cost me another $73.00 at the desk. Nothing ever mentioned it would be a added cost to me. Found another dentist office to start going to , and they requested the X-rays from this office , which cost me ANOTHER $80.00 to fax them over. Next step now is to file a complaint to the better business bureau. I wanted this office to be a satisfying experience which turned out to be quite the opposite. Once again, be careful. I also need to add I go to dentist every 6 months and have my whole life. I have always taken care of my teeth.
Very friendly and professional staff. My dental hygentist and the dentist were thorough and answered all my questions. The Front desk staff made it easy to get next appt set up.
Always a 5 star experience with Nicolette and Dr. Popp. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. I appreciate the thorough and excellent care I receive at this office!
Arrived at my appt a bit early. Within a few minutes was taken in for my dental crown. Prep for the crown was done. About 1 1/2 hour later my crown was fitted and I was on my way home. Professional staff throughout the process.
