I knew I needed my wisdom teeth removed but I had been procrastinating this procedure for almost 5 years! Dr. Marshall & his staff made my experience so smooth & I will 100% recommend getting your removal by Dr. Marshall! I didn't swell up at all, no bruising (as these are common aftereffects from surgery), no pain whatsoever. I will continue to send everyone & anyone that needs them removed to Dr. Marshall. Thank you all for making my experience great & taking such GREAT care of me!!
I came to AOIS for a second opinion after being seen at High Desert Oral. From the moment I walked into the office the staff makes you feel welcomed. Since it was my first visit I had to provide the referral and they also need a copy of my x-rays. The lady at the front desk who was helping me told me if they can get my x-rays by the end of the day I could avoid having to pay for a set. She was so helpful in providing the email address and helping me get in touch with one of my dental offices to get them a copy. I didn't wait long at all after checking in. They called me within 5 minutes and I was actually still on the phone working to get them the x-rays. I had to apologize and ask if she would mind waiting a moment and she had no problem doing so. She took me back and ran me through the process and got everything set up for Dr. Marshall. Dr. Marshall came in and introduced himself and started going over my case with me and what all it would take. I had mentioned to him that I have a bleeding disorder that might cause some issue with doing this surgery and that I was having a hard time getting a doctor to take my case for it. Dr. Marshall went out of his way to assist me with getting help in this area OUTSIDE his office!! He even called me after hours to give me an update and let me know that if I needed anything I could always reach out to him. I have been in El Paso almost three years now and health care as not been very easy or pleasant. There has only been one other doctor beside Dr. Marshall that I have meet that truly cares about the well being of his patients and what is best for them even if it means sending them somewhere else. Dr. Marshall made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well to me so that I would understand what I would be in for and the time to expect for recovery. I wish we had more doctors like him and I recommend if you need anything related in this field that you come see him!
Dr. Marshall was a great doctor. Made me feel very calm as this was my first surgery and I had never been under. I had no issues at all and healed very quickly compared to my friends who got theirs out elsewhere. I know everyone is different but they were all shocked at how fast I healed. Staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommend!!
Was very nervous being 29 and getting 3 wisdom teeth taken out at once because last time the first one I got was a rough experience. This place was a night and day difference 35 minutes for 3 wisdom teeth extractions. Definitely recommend this office great job ladies and gentleman
