The vibe when I walked in was calm and my presence was acknowledged as soon as I approached the desk. Clean, well appointed with large colorful paintings, it was a pleasure to wait to be called. The appointment went by in a timely fashion and I felt confident I understood what my plan was when I left.

I was nervous about this appointment as my last experience here was not good...with a woman doctor...I don't remember her name. This time I saw Dr Billy Burns. He was thorough, explained everything in detail, gentle, and caring. He made the extra effort to make me feel comfortable in light of my periodontal needs. And I think he went the extra mile understanding my past experience. The support staff in the practice was also very kind.

Dr. Shuman offered highly professional medical dental support during my last visit. While addressing my dental appliance questions, which he fitted/made for me several years ago, he also listened to details of life that can affect someone’s appliance fit. With a few helpful suggestions, I needed no appliance adjustment! My husband has one of his appliances as well. I cannot recommend them enough. They have rectified both of our sleep issues, are comfortable and we take them with us wherever we go. Thank you for your astute ability to listen as well as practice, Dr. Shuman
