Comforting to know you have a competent, caring dental team. One less stressor! Kathy and Ami are always great over many visits, and recent dental work by Dr. Daniel (first time) gave me total confidence - informed, professional and gentle. Technology is impressive - pictures of everything shared freely right on the screen. Front office is fully on top of everything, and text and email reminders are spot on. Son sees Robin and Dr. Lacour, and he is completely comfortable (even after dental work) - a first ever for him re dental practices. Thank you!
I've been a patient at Athens Dental Design for 10+ years and they have always been great to work with. When my younger child was small, he had a phobia of doctors/dentists and the hygienist (Kathy!) was so patient with him and moved at his pace until he was completely comfortable. We miss Dr. Burch, but the new dentists they've brought in are really great. I recommend this office all the time to those who are looking for a new dentist.
Not only is Dr. Burch a fantastic dentist, but he is a terrific person. He is quite generous with his knowledge and time, and he has taken wonderful care of myself and my family for many years. I also cannot say enough great things about my experiences that I've had with Mitzi at the front desk and Kathy, my hygienist. They too are super kind and quality people, and they're all amazing at what they do. The office is beautiful, I love checking out the artwork, and I highly recommend to anyone seeking dental services to visit this business!
I wish there were 10 STARS! I am a traumatized dental patient who came from Horrible dental experiences in NY 3 years ago to an even worse dental experience here in Georgia. My boss recommended Dr Burch 2 years ago and I WISH I changed dentists. He and his staff are WONDERFUL! So caring and thorough. This was my second visit. My first was for an exam, Xrays and cleaning and i met Robin who did my cleaning and is so gentle and sweet. I met Dr Burch who is an absolute pleasure. Yesterday I went back for a crown and met Amy who assisted Dr Burch. They were so compassionate and understanding of my fears and it was a shockingly pleasant experience!! I regret my family and I not going to them when we moved here. Thank you thank you 🙏🏽
Dr. Burch and his staff are first-rate. Scheduling, payment, and other details are super-efficient; the office itself is comfortable and inviting; and the location is convenient and easily accessible. More importantly, though, Dr. Burch and his hygienists are not only exceptionally skilled at what they do, but they're open and friendly and ready to explain what's happening to you and why. All of my experiences at Dr. Burch's practice (cleanings, one filling) have been low-stress and virtually pain-free. Highly recommended.
