I recently had the privilege of undergoing periodontal surgery by Dr. Pumphrey, and I am thoroughly impressed by his superior surgical skill, so did my dentist and the three surgeons in my immediate family. Dr. Pumphrey performed gum surgery, one tooth extraction with immediate bone graft and dental implant placement during the first section, and a second tooth extraction with immediate bone graft and dental implant placement 3 weeks later. From my initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Pumphrey demonstrated remarkable precision, expertise, and steady hands. I had minimal discomfort. I would be remiss not to mention that Dr. Pumphrey has a fantastic and caring team of staff members working alongside him. My entire non-complicated journey from surgery to my two permanent crowns placement only took 5 months! Dr. Pumphrey and the entire team have been great to me since I walked into the office for the very first time. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Pumphrey did an amazing job explaining the issues, what I needed to have done, our approach to doing so, what to expect, etc. And after each cleaning or procedure, the same level of detail is provided. I've interacted with many of the folks here, and they are all courteous, and welcoming - I promise you, they are cool! I took a chance on this practice just based off of the google reviews, and I have no complaints or regrets. It has been an amazing experience thus far!
