Dr. Pumphrey is the best of the best! He is professional, truly cares about his patients and I am so happy that I found this practice. There are so many compliments I could give Dr. Pumphrey and his whole team. Abbe at the front desk took the time to ask me important questions on our initial conversation about my health, was respectful and knows how to communicate with people, which says a lot about her. Sam who is the Dental Hygienist has taught me so much about how to care for my gums and teeth in-between my visits. I think she is incredible and she truly helps me feel calm and relaxed during my dental cleaning. This whole staff works well together, communicates and makes every patient that calls or walks through the door feel comfortable as I have seen when I sit in the waiting area. Thank you all for doing your best, it is appreciated and acknowledged.
Dr. Brock Pumphry provides outstanding care with incredible attention to detail. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, and I always feel confident in the quality of his work. His staff are professional and genuinely caring, which makes even a difficult dental visit a positive experience. I travel over an hour each way to see him because when you find a doctor you truly trust, the drive is worth it. Highly recommend.

I am happy to say I am two weeks post-op from a VERY successful gum grafting procedure with Dr. Pumphrey. I have a very complex medical history (autoimmune disease and immunosuppression) resulting from a dental surgery that went terribly wrong many years ago. When searching for a surgeon who would best handle my gum recession, Dr. Pumphrey came highly recommended for his experience, patient care, and expertise in the field. To say I was nervous for my first appointment is an understatement; however, all those worries faded during my first appointment. The front office was warm and welcoming, the office was clean and modern, while offering each patient a private but open room. The first visit was not rushed and Dr. Pumphrey was thorough with the treatment options. He uses a large screen over each patient chair to discuss photographs taken of the areas of concern. I was easily able to take screenshots and send them to my husband to keep him in the loop. For my surgery, I was prepared with medications and instructions well in advance so that surgery day was less stressful. Pumphrey even made sure to call to check on me the night of my gum grafting procedure. His nurse made a follow-up call the next day to make sure I was doing ok. This was over Thanksgiving Break. When Dr. Pumphrey says, “I am here for you,” he truly means it. He cares for his patients and it shows. I highly recommend him and the staff at Atlanta Center for Advanced Periodontics.
I recently had a procedure done by Dr.Pumphrey, and my experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. He is highly skilled, very professional, and has a calm, reassuring presence that immediately puts you at ease. What meant the most to me was how attentive he was throughout my entire process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable, and even personally called me later that same evening to check on my home recovery. That level of care is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of “ Doctor He Is “ 😇 I told him he’s my hero, and I truly meant it!!
