Powered by GoogleIn my experience they cared way more for my wallet than they did me as a patient. They turned a $250 consult into a nearly $600 consult, even though I confirmed the $250 price twice, and brought my own X-rays that had been taken by another provider less than 24 hours before. I would not recommend this practice at all. The good news is that I did find a practice that did everything right, and that I am extremely happy with.
Atlanta oral surgery turned an awful experience into a wonderful one . When I went I was in SOOOOO much pain , the assured me they would take care of me and they did just that . I went in for my consultation at the Dunwoody office where I was greeted so kind and Dr.Keim went over my X-rays and answered every question I had . Then I was able to get scheduled for surgery the very next day , I had surgery at the Alpharetta office where I was greeted by the front Receptionist Grace .Grace you are so beautiful inside and out and you made me feel very comfortable when going over pricing and any other questions I had , there was also Bianca and Laura who were very helpful and friendly. . If I could give both offices a 10 star I would. I recommend everyone to give them a call whenever you are in need of oral or facial surgery. Thank you guys so much for everything 😊😊 it’s always A great feeling to go to a establishment where everyone loves their job and cares about their patients💙
I called with an inquiry for a molar extraction, infection cleaning and was told they cover. I was immediately scheduled same day for a consultation. Everyone was very kind, informative and professional. Update Jan 2026: Wow, my healing journey has been awesome. Literally, no pain afterwards. I took pain med for one day for prevention. I did sedation but you could also take the loopy pills they’ll prescribe if on tight budget. My gum is healing around the implant and i am comfortably eating on both sides of my mouth 2 weeks post surgery. Dr. Blair was/is gentle and precise. The cute icepack, instructions abs call follow up from The team, is A1! Thank you all so much & I definitely recommend.
The Dr I saw was okay, not much personality but thats okay. The one star is because I called 2 hours before hand to ask about any charges and was told no my insurance is estimated to cover. I sent over my x-rays well beforehand. I also waited in the lobby for over an hour before I went back, so if there were charges for x-rays that should have been relayed to me before not after. I would have simply waited for my benefits to renew in January. For this reason alone I will not be returning and will be reporting this to my insurance company.
My experience at this office was deeply disappointing and concerning from a patient care and safety perspective. From the beginning, my consultation felt extremely rushed as they advised “they were running behind on appointments for the day”. As a Black woman, I did not feel heard, seen, or respected. I clearly explained that I was experiencing pain on my left side, and I emphasized that those were the teeth needing extraction. Not once did the provider take the time to fully examine my mouth or properly assess the crack and pain I clearly identified. Prior to surgery, I again reiterated that it was my left side only, and instead of pausing to confirm this with the doctor, the staff member simply corrected me and proceeded as if my input was irrelevant. This dismissive behavior led to the wrong teeth being extracted—a mistake that could have been avoided had they taken even a moment to slow down, listen, and verify. It’s clear that this office prioritizes speed over patient safety and informed care. This is not just an inconvenience—this is a serious breach of medical trust and professionalism. I also want to acknowledge Sarah at the front desk, who is incredibly kind and compassionate. My frustration was never with her. She was the only person who treated me like a human being. However, based on my experience with the medical staff, the lack of attention to detail, the disregard for my pain, and the failure to respect what I clearly communicated about my own body, I cannot in good conscience recommend this office to anyone. Patients deserve to be heard, not rushed
