Dr. Levy and staff were very professional and personable. They clearly enjoy what they do. Dr. Levy informed me of every step he was making and inquired if i was okay. Getting a tooth pulled is not a pleasant experience but it was as good as as it could have been
I had my wisdom teeth extracted today and the whole experience was excellent. The dentist was highly skilled and kept things calm, efficient, and basically painless, while the dental hygienist/assistant was by far the nicest—kind, reassuring, and really helped ease my nerves. The procedure was quick (in and out in under an hour), and the front desk team was outstanding, handling insurance verification, payment processing, and even arranging my transportation home seamlessly so everything went smoothly without any stress. Highly recommend this practice!
I showed up with a painful tooth and almost no warning. They were kind and took me in. They explained everything and the costs up front, which were very reasonable. They made sure that I was comfortable, and did the extraction quickly and efficiently. They were so good that I am having my son’s wisdom teeth out there next month. Highly recommended. Wonderful and caring staff.
As someone who struggles with medical procedures I cannot not give these people their praise! They made me feel extremely comfortable and safe during my procedure! English isn’t my first language so I hope I’m doing them Justice but from the time I walked every person who I interacted with made me feel so at ease. Thank you so much and I hope who ever is reading this also has a pleasant experience.
We (I say "we" but my son was the actual patient) had a great experience at Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery. The staff was warm and welcoming, I appreciated that the doctor personally called my son the evening after the procedure (wisdom teeth extraction) to make sure he was ok. Downside: We weren't informed about the amount we would be responsible for before the initial consultation, which would have helped us be better prepared financially. Thankfully, my son was able to cover the unexpected cost. Overall, the care was excellent, and I would recommend them with a heads up to ask about costs in advance.
