I had a great experience at Decatur Oral Dental! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The dentist explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The office is clean, modern, and runs smoothly — I never had to wait long.
Dr. Satish has been wonderful throughout my implant journey. I've had two implants done so far with one more to go, and the care has been excellent every step of the way. What really stood out was when I needed to get work done in India to manage costs and Dr. Satish helped me plan everything and made sure there would be compatibility with the treatment I received abroad. That kind of thoughtful, flexible approach made a huge difference. The entire team has been extremely professional, and I've felt well taken care of from day one. Highly recommend!
Dr. Satish, Nurse Angel and Nurse Evette were absolutely ANAZING. I had to get a tooth pulled and was super nervous! The made me feel so so comfortable. Answered all my questions to nicely. They were so attentive and accommodating! Even helped me financially! I'll definitely be sticking with them for my surgical dental needs. Thank you guys for everything! I mean that from the bottom of my heart❤️
Dr. Sruthi Satishchandran was fantastic and took her time to talk over all my options and made me feel like I had all the info to move forward. I was not rushed and she listened and answered all my questions. I can't recall the ladies name that brought me back and did the initial interview with me in the room but she set the t8ne for the whole visit by providing great service and making me feel comfortable and encouraging me to ask the Dr any and all questions. Her personality was fantastic!!
Recently had wisdom teeth removed and from start to finish it was (overall) a pleasant experience- no one wants to have to do this, but Atlanta oral and facial surgery helped guide me with insurance coverage info, (thanks Sherry) and it was easy for me to reschedule when I needed to. My visit was quick and informative and the entire staff is really nice and lovely- not rude like some places- Angel made me feel taken care of and was very thorough- Dr. Satish is a gem, I felt I was in great hands the moment I met her- and she proved me right! She is very direct, easy to talk to and told me all the steps- I hope I never have to see them again, but if I do or anyone I know does- will def be a returning patient and recommend-
