Dr Alessandrini and his team are excellent. I had a dental implant while on Reclast. He made sure to explain the risk involved and advised me when to have the next dose of Reclast. He is a very skilled oral surgeon and explained each step. His team are all very professional and made me feel comfortable during each visit. The office staff are always friendly. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Alessandrini and his team. I highly recommend him.
