Words cannot express how grateful I am for the help these guys Provided. I needed all of my top shelf pulled, and they did a phenomenal job! Upon the day of my oral surgery, I had an abscess that was extremely hot to the touch and sore. Burdened and sad thinking that I would be turned away they did just the opposite! They Put me to sleep and pulled that tooth (and more) and cleaned out the abscess pocket. When I Woke, all the heavy lifting had been done and to this day I have had no phantom pain or referred pain from the job that they expertly did. If I could add more stars on I would! If you were suffering from dental needs, these people are THE BEST. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that y’all have done for me. I have a new lease on life🫶🫶🫶
Dr. De’Arco was excellent! Gives clear instructions and had an overall good experience with my wisdom teeth surgery. Now… the billing department is another story. We paid our part of the bill before i even got my teeth out. Mention that I got my teeth out in 2021. 2 years later we get a final notice in the mail for over $2,000. I was stunned and called my insurance and was told it had been filed under the wrong name for 2 years!!! We had to pay the $2,000, but it’s really shady how Amanda in billing knew insurance was denying the claim and she never ever called us or my insurance company to see why it was being denied. Please do yourself and your bank account a favor and go somewhere else! These people need to be looked into for fraud

I went in to get implants and had the money to pay for it at that time. He suggested I get dentures instead, which wasn't what I wanted. I would have done 6-8 implants in the top and 6-8 implants in the bottom with bridges.. Since then, I made several attempts to get back in there to be treated and to no avail, the receptionist would never give me an appointment to get back in there. I called many times, then I gave up. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. It's almost like they were avoiding me. I'll take my money elsewhere. He's a good oral surgeon, I'm just very disappointed on how they treated me.
