I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was greeted, scheduled, and assisted with insurance information by Tori, the most pleasant and knowledgeable young lady. Her initial welcome started my visit on a comfortable note. Then MacKenzy….she immediately felt like one of my children. She was so kind and gentle. She told me what she was doing before and during each step which allayed all anxiety. Her gentle competent hands made me actually relaxed. I felt safe. What an asset she is to the practice! Dr Kondur was also gentle and so professional. He was honest and forthright but also optimistic with a plan that is achievable. I am so grateful that I was referred to this practice. I highly recommend and will be returning with ease of mind for upcoming procedures.
The office was very friendly and professional. Mackenzy worked with me today and she made things easy and fun. She has a great personality for her job. The Dr. was easy to talk to and explained and answered all my questions. I look forward to going back and having work done by the office.
Mackenzy was the best nurse. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I felt like I was more than just her patient but someone she truly cared for. She made sure each step of the process I thoroughly understood and answered every question of mine without getting agitated. Dr. Kondur has a wonderful team that made me feel like I was in great hands and very cared for. They followed up after my surgery and have continued to make sure my process of healing is comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dental work!
Dr. Kondur was very thorough during my consultation. Tori was very communicative when I was initially referred to their office. Julie cleaned my teeth with an “air polisher”. My teeth have never felt so clean. Hailey and Kenzy took about a million X-rays on me and were so sweet. This was a dental visit I actually enjoyed. I definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of a high quality periodontist.
The most professional group of people I have ever met. Dr. Kondur is excellent and he is so knowledgeable, very informative with all the information he is giving you. He truly understands how you are feeling, especially if you need surgery. His assistant Mackenzy, is top tier. She is awesome. She really helps out with everything. Tori in the front office, excellent. She is so nice. The office in general is nice, clean, and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend them to anyone here in Augusta.
