I went for my appointment to have fillings done. After getting numb the dentist spent less than 10 min doing my filling. After leaving I felt something was off with the experience and the tooth had a rough spot. I finally went to a different dentist and the noticed a hole where the dentist at Avalon dental drilled. His work was sloppy and rushed.
Scheduled my brother for a Monday afternoon, all doors locked, no one answered the phone. The place appeared empty. Waste of our time, very unprofessional! Why schedule an appointment and not be on site?! What is this? If I could I would give them a 0 rating… what kind of patient care is this?
My first experience at Avalon Dental was great. I received a really warm welcome as a new patient. I've been a patient at two of the top dentist offices in DE none of them can match the level of customer service I received at Avalon Dental. They expected my insurance and worked out easy and affordable payment model. I've visited the Christiana and Newport offices, both sites were really quaint with a nice beach or harbor theme. Shout out to the doctor who moonlights as an interior decorator!
Had an appt scheduled and because I didnt confirm my appt that was already scheduled they gave my appt to someone else and I showed up. They could have atleast confirmed to me that it was canceled before I showed up to my appt that I already scheduled.
I’ve have many appointments and everytime I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the atmosphere and the staff. The team at Avalon are very supportive and non-judgmental !! They make sure to let their patients know they are considered and overall I would recommend Avalon Dental to everyone and anyone.
