While I wasn’t treated, my husband was seen on an emergency basis for a tooth that had been hurting him for multiple days. We called around to many offices from last Thursday to today (Monday) and this was the only office that was willing to fit him in. Not only did they do the consultation, but they also were able to squeeze him in while we waited for an opening to do the extraction. The entire team from the front office, the assistants and Dr Austin himself made the appointment pleasurable. My husband came out of surgery with a smile on his face saying he felt amazing and he now wants them to take out his remaining wisdom teeth. Thank you so much to all of you for helping him with his emergency and being so kind and diligent. I previously worked in a dental office for 10 years and can truly say this is an office we would gladly refer all of our patients to that needed any extensive maxillofacial surgeries!
I am an Operating Room nurse, and am very discerning about the doctors I choose to take care of me and my family. My entire family - including me, my husband, both kids, and my Dad - have had care by Dr Austin and others in this phenomenal group of doctors. They’re professional, compassionate and so highly skilled!!! I can’t recommend them more highly. You can put your trust in them.
From the moment I walked in, all the staff made me feel like a value client. Juliet was wonderful checking me in as well as when I was going to pay, Juliet went into detail about my bill, she was very thorough very friendly and professional. I did see the staff people behind Juliet they were all friendly professional and treated every client that came in, wonderful. Jake was the Dr's assistant that explained into detail of what to expect from my procedure, very friendly and professional. Dr Austin came in and answered all my questions just as Jake did as well. I highly recommend this place for everyone, If I could give them 10 Stars I would.
Was asked to submit a review after my initial encounter with AZ MAX Surgeons, which I did, but because of my lack of tech savvy, it most likely never posted. So here I go again with another try. I believe the first one went something like this.......Thanking my lucky stars, I am, that my regular dentist, Dr. Farr (Snow Family Dentistry) referred me to AZ MAX Surgeons (Dr. Austin, in particular) for a dental consultation which took place Dec 2025. The staff here, welcomed me warmly and made this "Nervous Nelly" of a retired RN feel at ease. My encounter was met by a very caring, competent staff who carried out my work-up. Then I met with Dr. Austin, who took all the time I needed to explain my options, answer all my questions, and give me the reassurance to reach a decision and act on the option I felt best for me. Thanks to all of you from the bottom of my heart. On my second encounter, which took place Jan 2026, I once again experienced nothing short of a caring, professional team, who prepped me for, and carried out my procedure under an extremely conscientious Dr. Austin. The post- op instructions were quite thorough and answered many of my questions. That, along with with the follow up call later that afternoon to check in with me was so greatly appreciated. (Something that rarely happens in these times) Again all my thanks to ALL the staff, and especially to Dr. Austin, for blessing me with such an unprecedented experience. Liz Evans
Couldn’t be happier with our experience here! All four of our children have had their wisdom teeth removed with this practice and it’s been an excellent experience with each one. Dr Lemieux was very personable and took the time to explain everything with us. Would highly recommend!
