B2B!!! I was greeted by Crystal right when I walked in—she was very nice, happy, and super helpful with the paperwork, which made getting started easy. My teeth cleaning was done by Shannon, who was very gentle and kept things light with a fun, happy conversation throughout the appointment. Destinee polished my teeth just right and did so with a fun, positive attitude that made the experience even better. Dr. C was friendly, happy, and really listened to me, which I appreciated. I also had a nice interaction with Cindy while passing in the hallway—very kind and welcoming. I finished up with Chelsea, who was fun, all smiles, and worked with my schedule, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience with a genuinely friendly and professional team. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing! No problems at all any any point! I just got back into schedule with my cleanings and sadly had to get a crown but Destiny was a great help and great conversationalist! She was extremely kind and knew exactly what she was doing getting everything done in a timely and efficient matter while still keeping the visit enjoyable! Wish she was here when I was younger!
I cannot express how thankful and happy I am to of found such a wonderful place to take care of my ongoing TMJ issues. I have had issues since 2017 and no where I have ever gone has given me the relief and hope that they have given me. If you need help, they are the #1 to go to. My first visit there, I had been locked for a few months and had consistent headaches. I was referred there by my primary care doctor due to how bad the pain had gotten. I was willing to go any where at that point. From my first visit there, I was treated so nicely by everyone there. Kayla who works with Dr. Cornell immediately made me feel heard and seen for how hard it is to live with TMJ issues. She asked me so many questions that no one had asked me before and was very thorough with her exam. She even listened to my way too long back story of all my issues I've had since 2017 AND listened to each point I made. She has a very fun personality, which made it so so easy to talk to her and helped me feel at ease. (Kayla, you're the sweetest!) Dr. Cornell from the moment she walked into my station was nothing but amazing. She listened to everything Kayla had gathered about me and asked me "If there is one thing we could accomplish for you today out of all of your issues, what would it be?" and I told her getting my jaw unlocked. She did just that. She did her initial exam on me, but made sure to get my jaw unlocked on my first visit! She even called me later that night to make sure the unlocking had gone well. Since that first appointment, I've had the pleasure of speaking to Nicole and Kayla through their texting system, and they made sure to answer any questions I've had (No matter how little) and worked with my busy work schedule. I just had my second appointment there, and they continued to amaze me in the way that they took care of me. It feels more like a family there than a doctors office!! Please please please, go to Back 2 Basics if you have any issues with your TMJ or sleep apnea. ^.^
I had another great experience at Back2Basics Dentistry today! The staff was friendly and I was able to get in for my cleaning on time. Wendi did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable! She also did a laser treatment on my gums and was very kind and professional!! Thank you for taking great care of me today Wendi!!
B2B is an outstanding practice for every member of your family! Crystal and Chelsea make scheduling and billing easy and stress-free. Their smiles help ease any anxiety, before your exam even begins. Emma and her fellow hygienists demonstrate how much they genuinely respect and care about the patient’s comfort. They talk you through every step of the service, and happily (and patiently) answer all your questions. Dr. Abraham wants to completely understand your concerns, so the options he reviews with his patients are those that will result in success. The staff at B2B are professional, courteous and friendly. They do exceptional work. I’m very happy with the services they have provided me, and I highly recommend them to others!!
