Every possible way this office can improve your dental experience is available here. From the moment you walk into the well-appointed waiting area, the front desk staff are friendly (super-friendly!) and knowledgeable. I feel like I’ve known the reception staff for years. Gracie was my tech and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I have back and neck pain so she went all out to ensure my comfort. Dr. Badger? One word description… awesome! The office is ultra modern with every conceivable tool and modern equipment to get the job done in the least painful way. Probably the most impressive part is that I never felt like a warm body to be dealt with and pushed out the door. When I needed to stretch my neck or if the drill hit a sensitive spot, Dr Badger took the time to increase my anesthetic and give it time to take effect. I’ve been seen here twice now and am a customer for life!
I had an emergency tooth extraction and by far one of the best dentistry visits of my life. They were efficient and caring the whole way. I would highly recommend this dental group to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
I needed an appointment, while I was visiting from out of state, and the friendly staff at the office squeezed me in, without much advance notice. The office is lovely and very clean. Everyone was kind, willing to answer questions, and made me feel welcome. Every time I've brought my elderly dad into the office, they've made him feel comfortable too, and have treated him with respect. I highly recommend Badger Dental group!
I had my dentist appointment with Doctor Badger this past Thursday. As usual I had a great experience. I know my teeth are well cared for when I go to him. He must be one of the best if not the best DDS in Grand Forks. I also want to mention my favorite hygienist Jill. She is so professional, knowledgeable, very pleasant and fun. I can tell she truly loves her job. Kudos to the entire team at Badger - Tanabe Dental Group. Keep up the great work you all do!
Dr. Korsmo was wonderful. Very patient and listened as I told her about the several negative dental experiences I’ve had as Novocain doesn’t work well for me. She put me at ease, used some laughing gas on me to calm me and then injected me in 2 nerve blocks to almost completely numb me. It was a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend her.
