Dr Yates & staff are wonderful! I have a huge fear of dentist relating to past experiences, but sedation was much needed for me. Dr Yates was wonderful, very caring, took time to explain every step along the way. I’m super pleased with my experience at Ballantyne Dentistry!
My experience at Ballantyne dentistry has been amazing. Every single staff member is helpful, polite and goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Tesmer is gentle and explains everything he is doing. I felt complete confidence in his abilities and am ecstatic with my results. I would not hesitate to recommend this office and especially Dr. Tesmer!!!
Marcia is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She’s thorough, kind, informative, and really challenges me to strive for optimal dental practices. She’s introduced me to Burst floss which is the reason my most recent visit was pain free. She books out for a reason! Very thankful to have found her and Ballantyne Dentistry.
The office was beautiful & clean, staff were very welcoming & professional! The wait time was spot on for my appointment time. Rylin the Assistant was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable in the process of what was going to happen in my consultation & which Dr. I would be seeing ! Dr. Tesmer was kind very professional but so friendly he felt like a friend I was chatting with ! He listened to the Options I was thinking I want info on to help me decide which path to take, we decided together which option we felt was best for me! I look forward to working with this group of professionals! Feel comfortable it the right choice for me.
Im not sure where to begin been a patient for a long time. This office has changed so much the past year and not for the good. A lot of turnover the past year. The front desk staff seems so unorganized now and no one knows whats going on. Employees look defeated. It seems a lot of staff have left including dentist and hygienist. Things seem to be falling apart. Sad to see. Used to be so different here like a well oiled machine now pure chaos.
