Very impressed with the staff and Dr. Ballweber. The wait time is never long and Dr. Ballweber is very personable and answers any questions you may have. Highly recommended. **Bonus** We received a family discount for having our second child receive care from their office.
My daughter had been seeing Dr. Ballweber then when she was ready for braces she has been seeing the Ostby's. They're all thorough and answer our questions. The front staff is great too!
Everyone was personable and informative. Reviewed information with us twice with many visual aids. Front desk was a little chaotic, but once we were involved in the process of care, we felt comfortable and cared for.
All 3 of my kiddos have gone here the last year and the staff along with the dentists have been amazing to work with! We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly suggest if orthodontist work is needed for all ages.
The entire staff is awesome! They go above and beyond in patient care. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
