About the Practice
Ballwin Dental Care is a Family-Owned Dental Office based out of Ballwin, Missouri since 1974. The current owner of the practice is Dr. Kimberly Simonds DDS, PC, the daughter of Dr. Robert Schrameyer- our original Doctor! Our mission is to provide you with the best dental care anywhere and to become your dentists for life. We never forget how it feels to be a patient, so we strive to make you as comfortable as possible during each and every visit. I’ve been a patient of BDC for several years now - even after moving to SOCO I still drive back to Ballwin for my dental appointments. The experience and service are always 10/10! Recently, one of my front tooth caps came off right before a big overseas work trip over the weekend. Luckily I was able to get in touch with Dr. Nolan who took time out of his weekend to meet me at the office while they were closed to re-cement it. This is the kind of care and service they give to all of their patients and why I continue to use BDC for all of my dental services!
Lana and Ayah were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Lana went above and beyond by walking me around the office, showing me everything, and introducing me to everyone, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Megan did an excellent job on my teeth. She was gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for great service and quality care.
Kiera, Dr. Nolan and the office staff all made the emergency appt we needed happen. Incredible care from the whole team, I will be making the hour drive again any time I need dental work just to have this crew do the work. They have an awesome comfort menu to make the dentist experience as easy as possible.
Like most, I’m no fan of the dentist. That said, I have had a great experience every single time I’ve gone to BDC. Dr. Nolan and the girls have made all the difference. KNOWLEDGEABLE, FLEXIBLE , AND AFFORDABLE 10/10
Ballwin Dental Care is hands down the best dentistry practice any person could have in their life. My whole life I have had an incredible fear of dentists due to an experience I had when I was younger that traumatized me. I was recommended BDC and over the past year have been for many different visits including getting my dental health back on track, normal cleanings, tooth fillings, TMJ related issues, and figuring out how to handle any dental issues that have come my way. Maddie and Dr. Maya are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and wonderful human beings. I feel beyond blessed to have such incredible people helping me eliminate my dental anxiety and showing me the benefits to taking care of my dental health. It all started with Maddie grounding and encouraging me when I was in the dentist chair. Her kind demeanor, ability to keep me relaxed and comfortable in my beginning cleanings, and wonderful knowledge of how to take better care of my teeth kept me coming back for more appointments. Whenever I was really stressed out or nervous, she would take more time with me and make sure I knew that she was going to get me comfortably through it. She even taught me how to properly use my electric toothbrush, which I had been using like a regular toothbrush and didn't realize the difference. Dr. Maya is extremely patient and has taught me so much about the inner workings of my mouth. She's helped me prioritize my issues in a way that has helped me deal with pain that just wouldn't go away and in a way that has prevented future visits from feeling overwhelming. Both Maddie and Dr. Maya have a wonderful sense of humor, which has really taken the edge off in the more stressful fixes that needed to be done. Everyone in this office is just a phenomenal person. I haven't gotten a single hygienist or tech that hasn't been an incredibly wonderful person. Even the billing and treatment coordinators are phenomenally wonderful people. BDC clearly knows what they are doing because they have built the hands down, nicest, most helpful, and most efficient dental office that exists. They are fear erasers and health encouragers. If the world had more people like there are in this practice, not only would more people go to the dentist. I am convinced the world would be a far better place.
