Outstanding everything! Honestly I am delighted at the service I have received from each and every employee here. I had to get implants and I must say it’s not an easy experience. Dr Balzli was recommended and I couldn’t have had a better outcome. He explained each step right from the beginning. If I had questions, he explained. Once my implants were seated I had to go back only a couple of times for adjustments. Each time an appointment was scheduled immediately. They DO NOT allow you to go with pain for any extended period! One morning I called and was worked in within a couple hours of my call. My teeth are beyond beautiful and so natural looking. The fit and craftsmanship of my plate is of the highest level of quality. I’m looking forward to many more years with Dr. B and his amazingly friendly staff. We all are looking for the best care so now you know where to find the best. He and his staff are highly recommended, and appreciated for the phenomenal care I received.
AMAZING DENTIST WITH AN AMAZING STAFF. I had a dental emergency and had to schedule a time to come in that was a couple of days away. But, they called me the first second they saw that they could fit me in before then and got it handled same day!! I have an extreme fear of dental procedures which has led to a lot of dental issues now that I’m in my 40’s. I’m very self conscious about my issues as well, but not only is his staff 110% professional they are also compassionate and understanding. I never thought I would be able to say that going for dental work, let alone a tooth extraction, was the best part of my day! But, the warm greeting you get from the time you walk in, to the expert dentist you get, and to the time you walk out you are treated just as if you were one of their own family members!
After going to Aspen Dental in Starkville multiple times, my daughter had chipped tooth with a poor quality repair and 3 wasted visits. Dr Balzli was recommended by a friend. One visit was scheduled and her tooth was excellently repaired. Cost was reasonable, staff was extremely friendly and efficient and her smile is beautiful again. We cannot recommend them enough!
By far the best dentist ever with the most awesome, friendly, courteous, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Balzli also himself embodies all of these characteristics as well. I absolutely & highly recommend Dr. Balzli for any and all of your dental needs.
Great family dentist. My family has gone to Dr. Balzli for 15+ years. He and his staff are all competent and friendly. And they are super with small children.
