Great experience. Staff was professional and timely. Dr. Hall was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. She came highly recommended by two dentists. She examined my teeth and we made a plan to fix the problem. Her front of office employees were extremely professional and didn’t do any of the upselling I have had in other dental offices. Definitely would recommend this practice to anyone in need of a periodontist.
Best dentist I've ever had! No more big conglomerates! They made my teeth so much worse. Thankfully Dr. HALL is so nice and gentle with me. Even helps with the panic before a procedure. I wish I had gone here from the beginning! Highly recommend!
This is an office that does everything right. The staff is personable, efficient, and kind. I received reminder text messages, followup text messages, and never had to wait more than a minute or two to be seen. Even the waiting room furniture is comfortable! It is rare to find someone like Dr. Hall, who is so competent, confident, professional, and exceptional....yet also has a wonderful bedside manner that puts even the most anxious patient at ease. I didn't want to go (who wants to go to the dentist?), but I'm very glad that I did.
I would give them ten stars if they had ten stars to choose from. 650. Great office staff welcoming you to the office. Dr Hall’s assistance are top-notch. Dr. Hall herself is the best ever. Very gentle and always concerned with your comfort. She will sit and explain things to you and give you choices. It’s a great office highly recommend them for any type of periodontal work that you may need to have done.
Dr. Hall is amazing! I had been having discomfort and bleeding in my gums for YEARS and was finally told by my general dentist that I needed to go see a specialist in order to do a LANAP procedure. I went to a clinic that my general dentist referred me to but once I walked in, I didn’t have a good feeling. I felt like that team didn’t really care about me, they just wanted my business. Their estimate for the procedure was insanely high and I remember walking out of there feeling so sad thinking that I could never afford to do this. But then, I decided to get a second opinion. I found and met with Dr. Hall and loved the experience she provided from start to finish. She actually sat down and explained the whole procedure to me (the other clinic just turned on a video and told me to watch it). She answered all my questions before the surgery, and after my surgery (which went great!) she even called me later on that same day to check up on me. Dr. Hall actually cares about every single one of her patients, and that means so much! She is simply the best!
