Annette and Dr. Luna provided excellent care for my first cleaning. Annette walked me through each step and was kind, patient, and caring. Both addressed my concerns well and made me feel welcome. The office staff was also very friendly! I look forward to coming back.
Knowledgeable and thorough. I had braces for my first visit and the hygienist had no issue cleaning around them. She also gave me plenty of good recommendations on brushing habits. Least pain I’ve felt in a cleaning. Overall good and friendly experience, with quick scheduling.
As a family, we’ve been seeing Bauer Dentistry and Orthodontics for a couple of years now, and my mom has also been with them for about as long. Over that time, my mom has developed dementia, which (as it does) has gradually progressed. The front reception team, our hygienist Ali, and Dr. Bauer have consistently shown such a high level of compassion. They seem to intuitively understand where she is in her disease and adjust their care, concern, and conversation to make every visit as comfortable as possible. Their kindness and sensitivity mean so much to us.
I truly cannot say enough about this practice!!! We switched over to Bauer about 3 years ago and we’ll never go anywhere else! My kids LOVE going to the dentist and orthodontist! The facility is bright and airy and so so clean! The hygienists that care for the kids are beyond amazing! They make you feel like family! Always on a first name basis, it’s like they take personal notes about your family and make sure to always ask how life is going! Dr Mark and Dr Danielle have the best bedside manner and listen to all your concerns and stories! I could go on and on about this amazing practice l, but I urge you to check it out for yourself!
We had an amazing experience with Bauer orthodontics from start to finish. We are so pleased with the results of our daughter’s teeth after just getting her braces off. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
