I’ve been a patient at this dental practice for several years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I canceled an appointment in accordance with their stated cancellation policy, which specifies that the required 48-hour notice excludes weekdays. Despite following their own policy, I was still charged a cancellation fee. When a long-term patient follows the published guidelines and is still penalized, it speaks volumes about how the practice treats its patients. Additionally, parking at this location is inadequate, which has been an ongoing inconvenience over the years. Between the unjustified fee and the overall experience, I will be finding a new dentist. I’m sharing this so future patients are aware before scheduling.
I hardly ever review a business, but my experience at Baumrind Family Denistry requires one. Hands down, this was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is friendly, competent, and performed each task with care and professionalism. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time, because of a severe fear, but this experience changed everything. Thank you Dr. Baumrind, Decori ( I hope I spelled that correctly), and the entire staff.
Dr. Baumrind is one of the best dentists in the Atlanta area. I have been visiting her practice since 2014 and she is diligent, thorough, and can handle all dentistry work. She always has a smile on her face and the staff all seem incredibly happy when visiting. Her practice now has 3D printing ability as well, so you can get mouth guards basically the same day, which is amazing! She has also recommended top tier specialists for root canals and other work. Strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a new dentist to visit her practice!
Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had! Leah, my dental hygienist, treats me with a lot of care and consideration, and they don’t suggest unnecessary treatment! Perfect balance of empathy and pragmatism!
Yep, look no further. This is the dentist's office you've been searching for. This isn't one of those places where the dentist is kind, but the staff seems miserable, or vice versa. Baumrind Family Dentistry is a team of A-Class professionals who take kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism to the next level. This is easily one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr. Baumrind comes from a long line of dentists, her father and grandfather were also in the profession, and it shows. They didn't just handle a stressful situation, they turned it into a fantastic experience. Here's the story: I had a dental emergency while in Atlanta for the week. After a pretty intense flossing session last night, my crown came out. I wasn't sure what to do, but my friend Nick told me that more than half of our company, CallRail, uses Baumrind Family Dentistry. Even better, they're located right here on the 18th floor of the 100 Peachtree building. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was flawless, and I mean flawless. Everyone was so professional and kind, and they got me in right at their 7:30 a.m. opening time. The guy who took my X-Ray, I wish I remembered his name, was an absolute whiz. He had to get an awkwardly positioned X-Ray of a back tooth, and he did it with impressive precision. The efficiency, teamwork, and professionalism were unbelievable. They worked like a well-oiled machine and had me fixed up and my crown reset by 9:15 a.m. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation turned into a fantastic experience. They are true professionals, and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend them to anyone in downtown Atlanta!
