Dr. Hallas and the entire Bay Lakes team truly go above and beyond to make sure I understand every part of my treatment. They’re compassionate, patient, and genuinely care about my well-being. I’ve worked with a lot of dental teams over the years, but this is by far the best one I’ve ever had. I always feel cared for and confident in their hands. This is an amazing team of professionals. I started this journey hoping for OK results. I look and feel beautiful. Confidence is great and so is solid food. As i live in a rural area, i needed to go to a larger place, Green Bay for my referral. My primary dentist sent me to Dr Mathhew Hallas. We went over the game plan. Realistic financial plan. Revisions and another specialist surgeon worked in tandem to make this seamless. The actual process was 6 months and i traveled to all of the clinics to accommodate scheduling. Dr Hallas and his team get a gold star! I have a pretty messed up jaw and left side of my face from TMJD and Trigeminal Neuralgia. His office has been helpful with me getting in for appointments in a timely matter, especially today when I was in pretty excruciating pain. Despite me being a new and problematic patient he listened vs lectured and seemed to be on the same page as my neurologist. I look forward to working with him and his staff in the future to fix or at least alleviate this awful ailment!
I had dental work done and had bite issues after. My regular dentist couldn't fix the issue and said this is what happens. I was happy to hear Dr. Hallas say he sees this all the time and that there was in fact problems that could be addressed. I finally felt heard!
