My 3 year old had his first appt here. The dental hygienist had a very low pressure approach with prioritizing his comfort and long term success at the dentist! He ended up doing so well that they were able to do a full cleaning! This was important too, because it was clear that they based their treatment that day on his readiness, not a policy or procedure. Dr. Mark was very kind and had an excellent bedside manner! I will be back with my other children soon!
For my first appointment, everyone was very welcoming. Stacey, my hygienist, is very knowledgeable and she explained everything to me about what she was doing before doing it. She checked in with every now and then to make sure I was okay. Dr. Mike was nice and also made sure I stayed in the loop on what he was doing during the exam. After he was done, Stacey explained everything that was said in the exam with Dr. Mike. Minus that I have 4 cavities, I was very pleased with my first appointment. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and friendly. My husband and i are happy that they accepted our insurance as well. Plus, they're just 5 minutes down the street from our home, so that's a bonus.
Nobody looks forward to seeing the dentist, but Bay Park Smiles has been wonderful and I’m less fearful to go now. They explain clearly what to expect at the appointment and are very gentle. They’ve given me really good advice regarding after care too. I’m very happy with both the hygienists and the Dr. I’m so glad I found this group!

At my first visit, I experienced a warm welcome from the front staff. My hygienist,Mckenzey, Was very personable and very familiar with my prior dental and health records. The exam and cleaning was very thorough and enough time was taken to finish the work. I felt my needs were well taken care of. A few helpful suggestions were offered. What a pleasant and positive patient centered environment.
