Powered by GoogleDr Finley was very gentle and relatable with my 8 year old today. The office staff were kind and made her feel at home. We could not have asked for a better visit!! Thank you BAYOU DENTAL!!! I speak God’s blessings and peace over all you guys!! Keep being the hands and feet of Jesus in the community!!
The staff and Sr. Finley are extremely professional. I was greeted and well taken care of. They do an amazing job of keeping you informed about appointments. Dr. Finley does amazing cosmetic work, and I have never been more pleased with my smile.
This was my first appointment at Bayou Dental for a deep cleaning, and my hygienist Jennifer—“JB”—made the whole experience outstanding. From the moment I was called back, JB was warm, professional, and super thorough. She explained every step (X-rays, measurements, what to expect during the cleaning) and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. The cleaning itself was meticulous yet surprisingly gentle—I never felt rushed, and she took extra care around sensitive areas. JB also gave me practical tips for home care (what to use, how often, and how to ease any post-cleaning tenderness). I left feeling informed, cared for, and honestly impressed by how smooth a deep cleaning could be. Front desk was friendly and efficient, and the whole office felt clean and organized. Huge thanks to JB for setting the bar so high. If you’re nervous about a deep cleaning, ask for Jennifer—she’s the best. Bayou Dental just earned a loyal patient!
My experience was AWESOME. I never thought I would have a pleasant visit at a Dental office. I felt as if I was home. Everyone treated you as family and truly cared about your well-being. I would tell you if you want Great care BAYOU DENTAL. Come experience quality at it's best.
The dental cleaning aspect was fine, but I first had to go here in 2023 when my previous dentist retired and merged with this new place. My insurance was in-network at the time. I was pregnant in 2024 and did not go to the dentist that year. I returned this year (2025) for a routine cleaning and when I checked in, they said my chart had “been misplaced.” So I filled all the paperwork out again, and used my same insurance I did the previous visit for just my routine cleaning. A few days ago, I received a bill from here for $62. I’ve never had to pay for a routine cleaning since I’ve had this dental insurance for more than 13 years, so I called and they said, “oh yeah, we don’t take that insurance anymore.” I understand I should have checked before hand, but it would have also been a courtesy for them to let me know me know before I had my cleaning done and I would have found someone in network. Very disappointing.
