Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do. However, the staff at Bear Creek make the experience less formidable. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. My hygienist, Meagan, is the absolute best, and I’m so thankful that I found Dr. Shull and his practice. I appreciate his “common sense”approach to dental care. I trust him and his staff and wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere.

The staff are all very kind and professional. Dr. Shull makes everything relaxing. The office is very clean and has ample parking. Overall, Bear Creek Family Dental makes going to the dentist easy and comfortable. My family enjoys our checkups and maintaining good oral health at BCFD.

They are amazing! So patient and kind! The front desk staff is amazing and especially Brittany. Dr. Shull was great! Brittany was so gentle and amazing with my young daughter. I highly recommend them, especially for kids!

For the most part the office is great but Melissa is very rude when a patient is not happy with the way certain things have turned out. When a patient is told one thing or given advice by her and things dramatically change, yes we all know insurance is out of the practice’s control but when you continuously interrupt a patient trying to figure out the best possible way for them to move forward and they no longer want to discuss it with you the best thing to do is let them speak with someone else. Especially if they feel you are being aggressive with them because they are a bit upset after things didn’t go well after listening to advice that came from you and you constantly interrupt them after a few frustrating appointments already and they were still polite enough to try and work it out just with someone else very unprofessional!

Just got back from a tricky filling following a chipped tooth. After being a patient here a few years it was notable how dialed in they were to my preferences. No pain. Barely even any discomfort. A truly flawless procedure.
