My husband first visited your office needing dental care, and we were immediately impressed by how gracious and helpful the front desk staff was. They assisted him with his initial appointment and later met with both of us to thoroughly explain the treatment plan. Over the past several months, he has had two to three visits a month. We have appreciated the ability to pace the process, allowing him necessary breaks between appointments and time in the chair. After 15 years here, I am well qualified to leave a review of Beavercreek dental, headed by Dr. Sean Kim. Dr. Kim is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and always takes time to work with the patients and address their concerns. I had some dental issues and he helped get my teeth in great condition! I've had 3 different dental hygienists over the years. My current one is Catherine and she's so thorough and gentle! If you're at all hesitant about dental work, this is the place for you!
I've had two visits, so far, to Beavercreek Dental. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kim is a real professional and explains, not only from X-rays, but let's you know what's going on, from tim to time, as he works on you. I was expecting excruciating pain from what a couple friends told me about getting bone grafts done from their dentists. Not so, with Dr. Kim. I would highly recommend him as a great dentist.
I've been seeing Dr. Kim for many years. Today I had an emergency which needed immediate attention. He was able to get me in. He and his staff were very kind and highly professional. He diagnosed the issue and was absent take care of it. He specifically told me he wanted to make sure I was able veto enjoy my Thanksgiving holiday. I’m a new patient who was referred by a family member who has been a long time patient. I was very impressed with my first visit. The facility is really nice, the front desk staff were welcoming and very effective. My dental hygienist was a professional in every aspect - knowledgeable, considerate, obviously very skilled and took time and paid attention to detail when it mattered but moved with purpose and efficiency during the entire visit. Dr. Kim was wonderful too - friendly and quickly assessed my situation to develop a treatment plan. Front desk staff were again great to talk with on my way out, accommodating me for scheduling my next visits, giving me a welcome gift as a new patient, and thanking me. I really couldn’t say more good things about my first visit and would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Kim’s office to anyone looking for a dentist.
