Dr. Neal performed my complicated gum graft to perfection. He worked with care and precision -- his manner professional and thorough. From the consult to the procedure to the follow up I found his staff to be courteous and efficient. The office is squeaky clean and conveniently located. Highly recommend Dr. Neal and Bedford Commons Periodontics!

Front desk made me an appointment to see Dr Neal and when I called to reschedule it, she told me that they didn't have me down for an appointment. She didn't offer to look into it or anything at all. She just told me that he is booking out 6 to 8 weeks and hung up. I did end up going in for a cleaning with a hygienist that I followed from a previous provider. I would like add, and this is to every business in the dental field. You should call to see if the patient has benefits to cover the services that you are providing. I have been to a few that do and to some that don't. Its nice to know up front. Over all, Dr Neal called me to apologize, which is nice to know that he cares. Hopefully he will make some improvements with his staff and admin procedures.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neal for 15 years and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is courteous, office is clean and I'm very happy with the progress I have made under the guidance of Dr. Neal. I would highly recommend Bedford Commons Periodontics.
