I had an excellent experience getting a double gum graft with Dr. Yalda. All of her staff treated me with respect and kindness during my consultation and treatment. They were especially understanding during this time of life changes where I lost my insurance coverage due to a divorce. They patiently helped me understand and navigate self-pay, reimbursement and new coverage without frustration. During the consultation and procedure Dr. Yalda calmed my fears and explained each of the steps and allowed me space to process what was going on before proceeding. I’m grateful to have a provider who is willing to work with patients who are neurodivergent.
The office staff was welcoming as this was my first appointment and saw that everything was completed when leaving. The Dental Hygentist I had greeted me so warmly, was very professional, clear in her explanation of what was taking place, engaged in friendly conversation and set up my next appointment.
