Very experienced dentists/hygienists. However they stopped doing fillings for 8am walk-ins and appointments are scheduled months apart. But it is all free.

Even though I qualify the financial aid woman, who is pretty much impossible to get an appointment with, continuously denies me. She keeps claiming I don't have the right paperwork and then tells me that the paperwork I brought in the last time I had an appointment with her was what I need even though the last time I had an appointment she told me to bring in the paperwork I had this time and denied me because I didn't have the correct one then so which is it and now she tells me it's both. First time I've heard that..... The director of this clinic is apparently not reachable

Went in for only an X-ray 5-15 minute process waited nearly 2 afters even though I was the first one there just for them to tell me the staff went out for lunch and they would get me in between other people when they came back absolutely horrible service horrible wait times understaffed and frankly seems like they don’t care to do what they are paid for your better setting an appointment literally anywhere else

The reason they are booked out over 6 months is because they want to milk you and your insurance for as many co-pays as possible while doing the bare minimum. I went in for my 6 month appointment, they looked at my teeth, and asked me when I could come back for a cleaning. I was confused why they weren't doing it then and there, I was told it was just a "check-up." Then I asked if they were going to do my annual x-rays, they wanted to wait another year, I demanded they take my x-rays, and they found 2 cavities. They made me come back 2 weeks later for my cleaning (did a terrible job), and then scheduled me for TWO MORE appointments, one for each cavity, 6 months later! They refused to do the 2 cavities in 1 appointment because it was "too long to hold the jaw open." The cavity appointments were a week before my next "check-up." They turned a 2 appointment situation into 4 appointments.
