The office staff are incredibly friendly but the communication lacks. I was never informed my insurance wasn't accepted after their $29 special my first appointment. Since the owner sold a few months ago, they've been pushing me through email to use my insurance a lot. Insurance they don't even accept. Such a disappointing bill around the holidays for my second appointment which during I was never told my insurance didn't cover. I wouldn't of kept going. I have insurance for a reason! I even originally told Dr Bender my last office didn't properly inform me of insurance converge and cost me significantly with a crown. I appreciated how well he during our first appointment had communicated with me.
Dr. Bender is, without a doubt, the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. With over 40 years of dedicated service at the same practice, his expertise and passion for dentistry shine through in every appointment. What sets him apart is his genuine care for his patients; not only does he provide outstanding dental care, but he also takes the time to offer practical, personalized advice that has *actually* improved my oral hygiene and overall dental health. His compassionate approach and unwavering dedication make every visit a positive experience. Even after selling his practice, he continues his work to serve with the same warmth and professionalism, proving just how much he loves what he does. I’m incredibly grateful for his years of exceptional service, for getting to know him & his wonderful staff, and I wish him all the best in whatever comes next. Dr. Bender is THE best dentist in the world. They were able to fit me in immediately (even being a new patient). The front office staff were really nice and friendly. The dental assistant was kind and efficient. Dr. Bender was kind, courteous, and quick with a plan. I was really nervous at first but everyone there made my dental fear go away. You're the best Dr. Bender and staff!!!!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Michael Bender and his staff. If you’re looking for a dentist in the Elgin area, consider his office that has experience and knowledge of good dentistry and care for one’s dental health. I was impressed by their gentle manner and working speed while I was in the chair. Any of my anxiety was quickly whisked away by his welcoming staff and effective pain management. I had a full overdue cleaning, some fillings all together with some impressive cosmetic repair done over three speedy and virtually painless visits. I feel the value in services rendered. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Thank you Dr. Bender and wonderful staff. I look forward in having a wonderful dental relationship.
I've been going to Estrella Dental for a number of years and dr mamsa and the staff there are very friendly, helpful, kind sometimes I feel like I work there great people here and the service is outstanding 👏 thanks for keeping me smiling 😃
