Dr. Lotfi is hands down one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. From the first visit, everything was explained clearly and honestly, without any pressure or upselling. She is very gentle, patient, and clearly knows what she’s doing. The office is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly and professional, which makes the whole experience much less stressful. Dr. Lotfi took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable at every step. If you’re looking for a dentist who actually cares about doing things right and earning your trust, I highly recommend Dr. Lotfi.

Amazing experiences!! I have tried to find a dentist that could take care of all my teeth issues due to my addiction and had tried several times before to no avail until I found this place. The staff associates and doctor are all so amazing and made this experience the easiest and non stressful. I couldn’t recommend a better place to take care of any of your teeth needs! Mind you I had four procedures to pull teeth then fitted for a partial and all done in less than 2 months!
Today was my first day at Best Smile Dental. I was amazed by the professionalism and compassion that they have for their patients. Not only have I read multiple great reviews, but I also got to see it for myself today. Dr. Lofti explained everything as the appointment went about and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them and will be sticking around.
For a bit of context, I got 18 teeth pulled two years ago and everyone that I've seen about getting partials told me it's not possible. Even the "professionals". When I first saw Dr. Lotfi I was just about to give up on trying to get partials and thought I'd have to get reconstructive jaw surgery (for excessive overbite). The first appointment I told her what had been going on and she said that it's definitely possible and thus began my journey. I've had lots of cavities filled, root canals, crowns, etc. and she has done an amazing job every appointment. I have severe dental anxiety but Dr. Lotfi and the hygienists took away most of my fears. She's very caring and wants to make sure that you're comfortable and not in any pain. She keeps you well informed and is very very knowledgeable about dentistry. I just got my partials today and they fit amazing! I can finally actually smile and not have to worry about hiding it cause my smile is perfect now! I highly highly recommend Best Smile Dental. Everyone who works there is very kind and caring. Wendy, works front office, is one of the sweetest people I've ever met and I always look forward to talking to her when I go in. This is the best dentist office I've ever been to (and I've gone to quite a few). I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so so much Dr. Lotfi for giving me a lot of my confidence back!
