Excellent professional staff whom are very polite and efficient. I am a new patient on Medicade and never once was made feel any less of a patient than out of pocket patients as most companies make you feel. My dentist took the time to explain document and even waive some fees to make sure my care plan could be properly put in place. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for all your hospitality and kindness.
Cracking a tooth is a terrible way to spend a day, and waiting around in pain makes it even worse. This team absolutely saved the day by accommodating me with an immediate, same-day appointment. Great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff Tamariyah & Bernice are friendly, & professional! Dr. Z is thorough, and took time to explain everything during the appointment eliminating Hailee’s fear of the dentist. Dental Assistant Paavani is very knowledgeable & has the best bed side manners. I had a very good experience at Best Smiles. All the dentists and supporting nurses are highly knowledgeable and have a great attitude toward patients. They provide clean, professional treatment and create a very friendly environment for kids. The staff even play with children, which makes them feel comfortable. One of my daughters is usually very scared of even a normal checkup, but here she had two teeth removed and remained completely calm. This is all because of the professional and caring team. Special thanks to Dr. P and Dr. C, and also to GeeGee and Claire. The entire staff is extremely professional, supportive, and cooperative with patients. Love this place! The Glen Allen location is very nice and clean. It was so easy to make an appointment online and the customer service is amazing! I had a great experience with receiving a cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction the following week after with Dr. Pradhan. She was so nice and very intentional about making sure I was comfortable and understood everything she was doing along the way. Also appreciated the patience, care, and attentiveness from dental assistant GeeGee. It was my first time getting a tooth extracted and both of them made sure I was comfortable the entire time and carefully explained each step in the process along the way. It’s been a couple weeks post extraction and I am healing great! Front desk receptionist Brenda was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I love how communicative this facility is with their text messaging system. I was able to provide verifications and also was notified to come in earlier than my appointment time if available, all via text. Highly recommend!
