Fast Very Friendly Service Nurses and Reception Made Me Incredibly Comfortable Dr was explained every he was going to do and was super cool about it. At a week after extraction site is healing well and Im in no pain at all. I would recommend this team to anyone. Two Thumbs up and a Golf Clap.
I had an infection that needed immediate attention within a 2 day span and Dr. Rotwein and all of his staff, and I mean ALL of them were so awesome with getting everything ready and set to go before surgery. The communication and attitude of everyone in that office was impeccable. Ginger helped me out tremendously with my forms and was so on it! They truly care about your experience and well-being. They really made me feel like a priority to them and they took such great care of me. Dr. Rotwein is awesome at answering your post-op questions at any hours of the day! 10000/10 would recommend this office to anyone needing Oral Surgery.
I had a very positive experience at Big Island Oral Surgery with Dr. Benjamin I. Rotwein, DMD. I went in to have my upper back tooth (#2) extracted due to a crack and the tooth becoming loose. From the very first phone call — with the nice woman on the phone who took my call, who was patient, kind, and reassuring — to my appointment about nine days later, everything went smoothly and was well organized. Dr. Rotwein was efficient and calm throughout the procedure. When he said, “You’re all done,” I honestly couldn’t believe it — it felt like only a few minutes had passed. I didn’t feel any pain at all. His assistants were also excellent, from taking the X-rays to assisting him during the procedure. The whole team worked seamlessly. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Rotwein personally called me that evening to check on how I was doing. That level of follow-up meant a lot to me. Now that I’m fully healed, I can say I had no complications and the entire experience was much easier than expected. If you’re looking for a skilled and professional oral surgeon in Hawaii or in Hilo, Hawaii, I highly recommend Big Island Oral Surgery and Dr. Benjamin I. Rotwein. Mahalo!
My second time to use Big Island Oral Surgery. Both visits were exceptional! I developed an issue and thought it was tooth related. I called his office and explained my situation. Cindy relayed my concerns to Dr. Rotwein. I was seen the same day! All of the staff were welcoming and efficient, and I didn’t wait for than 5 minutes once I arrived to their office. Dr. Rotwein is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. His expertise in oral dentistry is evident, and his compassion made me feel completely at ease. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Rotwein’s diligent care, I am on the path to recovery.
