For anyone that is uneasy about going to the dentist, this office is for you. The staff, from the receptionists to the dentists themselves, are friendly and caring. They are helpful and informative. I always feel completely at ease at every appointment.
Always a great experience here. Dr. Cao is knowledgeable and honest. Having numerous procedures done I've always been picky about who I let work on my teeth. With Dr. Cao at the helm, I highly recommend THIS office to everyone in need. He was my dentist when I lived in Grand Rapids. Was taken by his personable demeanor. Remembering me and what we talked of last. Grade A doctor and nice person!
Dr. Eric Cao was so thorough in repairing my teeth. He was able to use fillings and make my teeth look just like before! He is both artist and dentist while also using humor to get along with the kids. All of the workers are so incredibly helpful and friendly! I also liked how they were able to work within the bounds of the insurance company requirements to make my payment as low as possible and they even told me what my portion would be before the visit! I highly recommend!
Staff were so very friendly and informative. Both Dr Cao and the hygienist, Darla, were delightful and personable... explained everything in detail as they went. Each fully engaged with both my son and daughter during their cleanings. The kids are loving our new dentist! Highly recommend!
