I cannot say enough positive things about BSSC, I came from Dickinson and was able to get my teeth cleaned being a new patient. Elizabeth my hygienist was kind, warm, welcoming and so gentle. I definitely appreciate her knowledge and treating me with respect in listening and explaining things in a way I can understand! Kristie up front will go ABOVE + beyond. This journey has been one in a million and I’m so emotional to finally be writing my review. I did a collage of my photos because I wasn’t sure how many Google would let me upload but I wish I could show everyone so many more. While collecting my photos for this review I got to visually see the difference in myself and it was emotional. What Dr. Matthews did for me is priceless and I don’t have the proper words. You can see the change in my face, my demeanor, my confidence, everything. I had all of my top teeth removed and 4 implants put in and a permanent denture put in- I am 35. I had done extensive research prior to coming to him and he absolutely knows what he is doing and I can’t say enough good things about his staff. Kristi has made me feel welcome from the beginning as well as the entire office honestly from the moment I walked in a crying mess. I felt at home and I wasn’t judged- that was important to me. They comforted me and reassured me through the whole thing. Dr. Matthews is smart and sharp and very detailed oriented - he’s not going to let anything slide and he’s going to get everything just right and for something like this and is of utmost importance. Now- I am a recovering drug addict with almost 3 years clean and has NEVER had pretty teeth my entire life my teeth have always been my downfall even as a kid. When I came to Dr. Matthews my teeth were riddled with infection decayed and failing. I either spent thousands on trying to save them and kept the same ugly teeth or spent good money on getting exactly what I wanted. And I got EXACTLY what I wanted. They are beautiful. I cried yesterday when my finals went in. All in all it took about 8 months but I didn’t have any complications. My biggest tip is to get one of those ice facial masks (it helped SO much) Please don’t hesitate to go see them. My husband has gone to him now for his concerns and will be going to him for the same procedure and I will be working with him on my bottoms. It’s been roughy 7 months since I’ve started with Big Sky Smile Center and this is coming from a person who see to take Valium before going to the dentist! First of all this is the longest time I have ever not had to take antibiotics every few months for issues with my teeth! That alone makes me feel good! Not only are they professional, they take the time to get to know you personally. I drive 5 hours one way to see them, when I was leaving they asked me to call and let them know I made it home safe! Truly treat you like family! I actually look forward to my appointments now. I am still pain free since my first appointment with them! I will never go anywhere else!
AMAZING! My entire life I have had such a fear of dentists. I was so sick of being in constant pain from my teeth so I made my appointment, almost canceled several times. From the moment I walked in the front door every single person there made me feel as though I was family. The genuine care and compassion is unbelievable! They truly have changed my life and I will be forever grateful! They achieved in 1 day what a team of 7 dentists told me was impossible! Let them give you back your smile! You’re worth it!!
I am always impressed at Big Sky Smile Center. Every detail is so well thought out and prepared. (My newest "wow" moment was yesterday when I used their restroom! Ha! They have pre-pasted, disposable toothbrushes for use, which is perfect for patients like myself who ate right before their appointments!) They truly care about every patient, from the tiniest kiddo to the eldest adult. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable, and always very friendly and personable. Always impressed with our experience at Big Sky Smile Center...
