I am absolutely satisfied with every appointment. The staff took an extremely embarrassing situation and gave me an exceptional smile. I would definitely recommend. The staff is kind and pleasant, they make sure you understand everything, the surgeon did great work with minimal bruising, and the follow ups were thorough.
I have to thank Dr. Matthews and all the staff at Big Sky Smile for my new smile and ability to eat without discomfort. My full implants are awesome. Everyone is so great at the center. They made all the procedures as painless as possible. Very little discomfort. I love my new teeth. Thank you again for the awesome work.
This is probably the best dentist I've ever been to. I needed a cleaning, whitening, & impressions for whitening trays & a mouth gaurd, & they got it all done on the same day in about 2 hours. The even make their whitening trays/mouth guards in-house so you have them to take home the same day instead of sending them off so you have to wait & then go back & pick them up. Everyone was super nice & friendly & their facilities were great as well. 10/10 would recommend.
Not very happy with them right now. I travel 8 hrs one way to see this dentist. I have Dentophobia really bad. What they have put me through mentally the last year is horrible for a person like me. The excuses are piling up from them. I pray they FINALLY see the need to prescribe me something for my nerves before I walk in that office . Dentophobia is real. Some have it bad and some have it really bad , like me. They have made a few mistakes with my dental care so hoping they make things right. The ladies try and do what they can to calm me and I appreciate that so very much ! I Thank them , they are great !!!!!
The ladies took great care of me. I had an appointment to have a problem tooth checked out and I was in and out within 20 minutes. They also called me within a couple hours with a care plan and to schedule an appointment. I am satisfied with my service and will definitely be back.
