I have been a patient here for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. My hygienists are always incredibly kind, polite, and remember things about me no matter how long it’s been since I’ve seen them. They always take wonderful care of my teeth and educate me on how to ensure I am keeping up on my oral health. I will always recommend Bismarck Dental and Implants!
The staff was very kind and helpful and very fast getting me back! Dr. Chris and his assistant were so sweet and kind and explained everything in full detail! I had a wonderful experience.
I had an unexpected dental issue and Dr. Chris was able to get me in same day! He was great to work with and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Everyone was very pleasant and the office was very neat and welcoming.
Can’t say enough good things about my visit here! Had a wisdom tooth filling that fell out. Tough spot to work on. Previous dentist didn’t want to do it. Dr Klym did it with no hesitation and did a phenomenal job!! The assistant, receptionist, and insurance gal were all super nice and helpful. Thank you for the great experience! Found my new dental office!!
If I could give 10 stars I would! Except in doing so everyone will come and make it hard to get in LOL! I have lived in several cities and been to many dentists and have tried a handful of dentists here including some of the larger offices and have not been thrilled. After reading reviews I ended up giving them a chance as I needed to have some larger work done And I want it done right the first time. I could not be happier! This is the absolute best experience I've ever had at a dentist anywhere. I saw Dr Klum who not only explained everything and is a little more on the conservative side which is what I personally look for, but he treated his staff so well, which being in the medical field myself, that says a lot about the doctor. I very much appreciate the testimony of who he appears to be as a human. The staff themself though ALL also had a great vibe and showed a lot of unity. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist who did a phenomenal job. I absolutely hate getting injections in my mouth and have actually had cavities done without injections because I hate them so much but Dr. Klum is INCREDIBLE And should be teaching a class on how to do this.... I am not exaggerating. I did not even feel the injection and had I not needed to keep my mouth open -which they have a little device to help with that, That was reasonably comfortable - I honestly could have fallen asleep while having several hours of work done. I was able to get a crown/cap done from start to finish all in one day. They said I would have tenderness the next day which I have absolutely none. And again back to the injections. He did such an incredible job. Even as it came out. I literally didn't feel any of the puffy lip or tingling or drooling, ect. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Pricing is on par with everybody else in town. Getting in was on par with everybody else in town. .... Until we keep writing reviews and let everyone know how amazing they are! I will very seriously consider driving or flying back when we move out of the area because it was honestly that great of an experience. Best in town...top ten in nation!
