Very much appreciate this place. My dad drives from California to see this dentist. I started coming here and love it. Everyone is very kind and full of positive energy. Both my grandmas and grandpa go here now too. Today specifically I took my grandpa to get a cleaning and our dental hygienist Bonny was wonderful. I had just driven 6 hours to make his appointment and was exhausted but I appreciated how chatty and energetic she was. I worked in high level customer service for over 15 years, and the level of service we received today is some of the best of the best a person can receive in any industry. The service was so natural and genuine nothing felt forced, just her being herself and you can tell she loves her job. Thanks Bonny & team!
I received terrible service from the Dr himself. I cracked/chipped a tooth in December and visited Blazzard's office as a cash pay and insurance reimbursement patient. He wrote me up a quote for over $1800 for a crown and root canal. He did not offer, nor did I ask at the time, if that was the best plan of action based on the condition of the rest of my teeth or even the surrounding teeth. After considering this, the upfront cost and the fact that I had ZERO other information from this guy, I called the office and asked if the receptionist could get the clarification that I needed to make such a decision. She returned my call later stating that I had only paid for a "one tooth" exam and not a full mouth exam. But DuH, wouldn't it make sense to check the condition of my other teeth before charging me $1800-plus, in order to ensure that my new crown isn't the only tooth left in my head after several years? Honestly, I believe that Blazzard new the exact size of my wallet and my insurance plan!!!! I will never recommend him!!!

Awesome work and pretty much painless! Just finished 3 months of extensive dental work and couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone in Dr. Blazzard's office is very professional and friendly. I am smiling again :)
