The doctor and his entire team were wonderful!! I was treated more like a friend than a just a patient. They made me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in. THANKS!

I found all the members of the surgery were knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They educated me on my choices and have me the information I needed to proceed. I had the extraction today. I was immediately addressed by name during the check in process. I waited no time at all before I was called back. The staff was very efficient reviewing my information and setting up for the extraction, which went well. The doctor called me in the evening to ensure I was doing well and asked if I was in pain or had any questions.

Dr Stastny’s off is was a bit hard to find as I am unacquainted with Blue Ash. Once we arrived however I felt welcomed and comfortable. Registration was fast and competent. His assistant was warm and helpful throughout my visit an Dr Stastny was kind and respectful. There is a calmness in his manner that reassuring. I had two teeth pulled one of which was. An 80 year old wisdom tooth an he talked me through it so I always knew what to expect: no pain a some pressure. I was genuinely impressed with the whole process. I recommend him and his practice highly. John T. Leonard

The surgery went well and I have no complaints about the service that was done on my mouth. It’s the attitude of the front desk, nurses, and Statsny that really bothered me. Every question I asked, it seemed like I had asked they the stupidest question ever and they nodded it off and gave me the shortest answer ever. They almost made me feel bad/stupid about the questions I was asking. I received a call after my surgery from Dr. Statsny seeing how I was doing and I had missed the call as I was sleeping and recovering. I called him back the next day and he had a total attitude and seemed like I was totally ruining his day. At the end of the day, this is a surgery that almost everyone has anxiety about. I wish Dr offices understood this and really cared about making their patients feel heard and comfortable. I did not feel this way at this office.

I had to get an extraction and retained root removal. I was extremely nervous but between the doctor’s very calm demeanor and his assistant Mimi’s patience, kindness, calmness, and reassurance, I had a good experience. He got both the tooth and roots out in what seemed like no time. I’m on day 3 of recovery and no swelling or pain. I recommend this office for your oral surgery needs.
