Wonderful experience from the consultation to the follow up call that afternoon! My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr Brandt. The assistant was kind, knowledgeable, and calm (it helped my mama nerves) when she greeted us and explained the steps of the procedure. Dr Brandt came in and spoke to us prior to taking my daughter back to start the anesthesia. He was very personable and shared what we could expect immediately following the surgery. When he was done, we pulled our car around and let us know how the procedure went. Post operative instructions were explained thoroughly and we were given written copies to reference. My daughter followed all instructions to the “t” and had very little swelling or bruising. Overall an amazing experience for me and her.
I recently needed to have 3 teeth extracted, and it was hands down the best experience I've ever had out of all the oral surgeons, as well as dentists I've been to in my life (which is several). Despite my anxiety and general mistrust, I felt safe. I felt listened to, and Dr. Burgoyne was amazing. She was very kind, efficient and surprisingly gentle considering the forces necessary to remove teeth, haha! Bonus points that there was no one in the office trying to upsell me implants or lines of credit or whatever else. I really appreciated not having to stress or think about anything other than what I went in for. It makes a lot of difference, to me anyways. The whole office was nice and professional.
Getting my appointment was easy and fast. I had been dealing with my wisdom tooth pain for a while and after my consultation, they got me in to get them removed about 3 weeks later! The staff at the front and the staff doing my surgery were so sweet and made me feel less anxious. Very thankful I came to this place! Thank you all a thousand times!
Wonderful experience! Facility is clean, staff is polite with all smiles. Answered any questions I had. Dr. Brandt is now great friends with our son due to their conversations on wrestling. There has been no pain in recovery. Staff called to check on their patient as well. I will definitely refer this office to other patients!
My daughter had an appointment with Blue Ridge Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for her wisdom teeth removal and we were both so nervous going in... but everyone in the office was so nice and answered all of my questions about what to expect during and after her surgery. Everything went well and I was so happy to find out they have an after hours phone number that I could call incase I had any questions or concerns. My daughter also mentioned a few times afterwards about how nice the nurse/assistant was (I wish I could remember her name) -but everyone really was so kind.
